Who publishes the articles?

Articles are published under The Training Blueprint name. The brand is responsible for the explanations and selection of sources; the researchers named in each reference are responsible for the cited studies. A citation does not imply that a researcher endorses this site or its books.

We use AI assistance in drafting and design. These are editorial explainers, not peer-reviewed publications. The byline does not imply a clinical assessment or an independent review by a medical professional.

What evidence appears here?

We use identifiable research papers, systematic reviews, and relevant consensus documents. References link to the publisher or an indexed record such as PubMed. These are selected sources for a focused question, not an exhaustive systematic review performed by the website.

Research summaries preserve the population, intervention or comparison, measured outcome, and limits that matter to the claim. When we rely on an abstract or indexed record, we limit the explanation to what that record supports.

Findings, interpretations, and examples

A study result, an editorial interpretation, and a fictional example do different jobs. Research findings have references. Planning frameworks help organise decisions. Fictional cases illustrate how a question might be approached; they are not reported outcomes or personalised programmes.

A pooled average is not a promise to an individual. Lack of a statistically significant difference does not establish that every approach is equivalent. A result about muscle thickness is not automatically a result about maximal strength, pain, or injury risk.

Dates and changes

Each article shows when it was updated and includes its source list. We update the date when the explanation or evidence changes materially, rather than making older content appear new through a cosmetic edit. An article's date is not a claim that every paper published before that day was reviewed.

How the books fit

The Training Blueprint sells the guides linked from this website. Free articles provide a complete explanation of their question; the books add broader context, illustrations, worked examples, and tools. Buying a guide is optional and does not unlock a missing conclusion in an article.

Gumroad handles purchases and delivery. Its product listing is the source of truth for the current price, formats, and files included.

Using this information

The material is general education about training. It cannot determine an individual's medical needs, readiness, or exercise prescription. When symptoms, health conditions, or personal circumstances affect a decision, seek appropriately qualified guidance.
